Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. You’ll engage with prospective clients through outbound prospecting, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service demonstrations, delivering compelling pitches to showcase value and address client pain points.
Deal Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Pipeline Management: Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on client needs and ensure a seamless client experience.
Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role (e.g., Business Development Representative).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office for pipeline management and reporting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in tech, finance is a plus but not mandatory.
